One Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies (KETO)

I love sheet pan meals so much!! They save dishes and are so simple to make. This is one reason why I do these for my weekly meal preps. I’ve made this recipe in particular for the last years and it never fails! This is low carb and keto friendly.

Ingredients:
One package andouille sausage, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 small head of broccoli, florets divided
1 container grape tomatoes
1/2 sweet potato, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Salt/pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss all ingredients with oil and spices.
Arrange all ingredients on a sheet pan.
bake for 20 minutes.
Enjoy!
