Flat to Full Glutes : 30 Day Booty Workout Challenge
I have a new and fun challenge for you! I get asked on booty building almost every single day. Most of your ladies want to know how to lift, tone, and grow your butts. Therefore, I have created a fun 30 day workout challenge to do just that!
How to:
There are 6 moves you will complete every day for 30 days straight. You will do 15 reps of every move, repeating for a total of 3 sets. This means you will do 15 repetitions of each move three times before you stop. You may rest for 60 seconds in between each set. Also, please watch the YouTube video below for demos!
