With the latest pandemonium on the Coravirus or COVID-19, gyms are amongst recent closures across the United States. This means many people are unable to get their fitness on. If your gym is still open, you might have a hard time getting to it because your child is out of school.

Have no fear! I have created a 21 day indoor workout that is apartment friendly and includes no jumping. Doing your “quarantine workout” will help keep you from losing your sanity and also help keep your fitness levels up until our nation is back to normal.

The Workout Challenge:

  • Complete each of the 3 listed moves per day.
  • Repeat the 3 moves for a total of 3 times total to complete your workout.
  • Rest for 60 seconds in between each set.
  • You may save, print, or pin the image on Pinterest to keep track of your days.
