Beginner’s Kettlebell Home Workout
I had been asked lately what my favorite kettlebell workouts were. I LOVE using my kettlebell-I own two in my home gym! There is just so many things that you can do with one that the possibilities are ENDLESS!
There’s no wonder why CrossFit athletes are so damn ripped-kettlebell exercises WORK and they work FAST. I have put together the perfect little beginner’s home workout for you ladies to try with some key Crossfit-style moves to get your heart pumping and your sweat pouring in no time!
