PREGNANCY: 16 Weeks Bump Update

WHOA. Feels like just yesterday I was 16 weeks pregnant with Greyson and excitedly dreaming of what it would be like to be a mommy.. and a mommy to a BOY at that! Fastforward to today, I am 16 weeks pregnant with Mini Cooper #2 and I couldn’t be happier than to expand our little brood into a family of four.

We found out some big news this week and I can’t wait to share. I am also releasing my new cookbook Tuesday of this week so things are really going well over here in my land.

All I can say is that I am truly blessed.

Total weight gain: 3 lbs. I lost .5 a pound this week. Might just be my body re-adjusting to not eating a Thanksgiving dinner LOL.

Maternity clothes? Enjoying my new dresses from Pink Blush maternity. They’re so fun and attractive.

Stretch marks? No new ones.

Sleep: Fantastic! I actually slept till 6am one day this week! Yeah, I know you are probably laughing, but I am usually up at 4am to do work. Ahhh, life of running a full time business. #LadyBoss

Workouts: Still going strong 5 days a week. Cardio & weights.

Diet: Pretty normal for the most part. Nothing crazy.

Best moment this week:  I had a 90 minute massage which was WONDERFUL. I aim to get once twice a month! Aaanddddd, we may know the gender to Mini Cooper #2 🙂

Miss anything? Nope.

Food cravings: CHEESE. Sushi. Sometimes sweets on occasion.

Anything making you queasy or sick? Nothing!

Gender: We will know December 10th via ultrasound.

Labor signs: No!

Symptoms: Lower abdomen and back pain.

Belly button in or out? In! It never popped out last time even though I was kind of waiting for it to!

Wedding rings on or off: On.

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy mostly. Sometimes moody LOL. Moreso moody with this pregnancy anyway.

Looking forward to: Confirming gender this week and announcing soon! Releasing my new cookbook TUESDAY!! Eeeeek!
