Our Family Trip to Seven Stars Resort in Turks and Caicos
This psat week, I had the opportunity of taking my family-yes ALL my kids-to one of my favorite places in the world-Turks and Caicos. My husband and I honeymooned here in 2023 and in 2024, we visited again for our babymoon. This time around? 2026 and its babymoon #2 + a family getaway. I am the type of parent who loves traveling with my kids because they deserve to see the world, too. And what better than to experience what we have and loved! This is why we chose to stay at Seven Stars Resort as we always do.

When we got to the island, it was a bit gloomy (helloooo June gloom and hurricane season) but the rest of the trip was absolutely perfect weather. We live in Florida so we know how the weather tends to be-the rain and gloom always usually passes quick so no worries if there is rain projected on your stay. We ate at Omar’s Beach Hut after landing and getting our rental car-this is one of my favorite spots off resort. After we ate, we headed to check in where we were greeted with rum and fruit punch with cold towels-so refreshing!! They always do this so expect to feel like royalty when you stay at Seven Stars Resort in Turks and Caicos. When we entered our ocean front suite, we had a sweet note, cookies, and even a teddy bear for my infant waiting for us. These special touches are something else. What other resort does that? Nobody else i know!

The resort left us a fresh fruit plate in the fridge that we all thoroughly loved (and devoured right away!) My kids loved the special treatment and exploring the rooms. So much so that my baby somehow found his way into the toilet area where he climbed into a bidet and started splashing-yes, he thought this was a bath tub. We laughed so hard, we were in tears! It was my kiddos’ first real time seeing a bidet after all.
After getting aquainted with our room, we headed towards the beach for a little down time before we ate dinner on resort property at The Farm. You probably would not know this, but Seven Stars Resort is located on the #1 rated most beautiful beach in the world called Grace Bay.

For dinner, we went to The Farm at Seven Stars which is their fourth and newest restaurant. What’s cool about The Farm is that they grow their own greens thanks to their hydroponic system-the first on the island! Everytime I stay here, I always eat here for dinner because the vibe is so cool. Its a nice lounge area with human sized chess outside and gorgeous places to sit and chat or drink. My husband got pasta and I ordered the heritage beef which was sooooo good. We also ended up trying dessert-the apple pie style dessert and the chocolate mousse were great options!

After dinner, we went back to enjoy a little quiet time at our room plus the sunset was marvelous. We also got surprised with some fireworks at the nearby resort.

During our stay, we ate breakfast at the Seven buffet. Seven at Seven Stars is another nice restaurant that they offer that features the breakfast buffet + a fine dining experience for dinner. There is apparently a Tasting Room experience in there although I have not done that yet. For lunch they have The Terrace and of course The Deck which we already know and love! But lets talk about the breakfast buffet that is complimentary for guests.. the food is incredible and there is something new on the buffet every single day. The kids loved it and honestly I looked forward to eating here each morning I woke up. The omelet station was a nice touch!

After breakfast on the second day, we checked out the amentities and the activities the resort had to offer. We played basketball at their court (they also have tennis/pickleball, too), let the kids play on the playground, borrowed the resort bicycles, and even took a kayak out! There is soooo much to do at Seven Stars Resort-even more than this so check out their website! They also offer a gym + pilates and yoga classes at their wellness studio.

Most of our time though was spent either at the Seven Stars Resort pool (its HUGE!) or the beach in front of the resort on Grace Bay. Oh before I forget-they do have an adults only pool and section which also makes this resort ideal for couples as well as families. The sand was so soft and there were so many shells to find and look for. One thing I loved about the pool was the poolside service-I loved that they offered coconuts-with or without rum-to enjoy and maybe for a good photo op!

Something new that Seven Stars Resort started offering is a Babymoon package and I got to experience this service first hand! Since I was 22 weeks pregnant at the time of my trip, I was perfect for this opportunity. It includes a check in with a midwife and a private in suite class with a prenatal yoga instrucor.
The midwife checked my blood pressure which was super important to me since mine ran high last pregnancy-so scary! She then felt my tummy to check baby’s positioning which was neat. Then we got to hear my baby’s heartbeat on the doppler that she brought. After this session, it did give me more of a peace of mind to continue on with the rest of the trip. It’s just nice knowing that everything is ok when you are in another country.

After the midwife check in, the prenatal yoga instructor started our session. We asked me how I was feeling and what needed relief so we focused on my tight hips and low back. After our session, I felt less tight and more limber to continue on my vacation. Airplane seats are so uncomfortable and this really helped to relieve the effects from that!
Overall I think this new offering is a WIN for Seven Stars Resort because this truly is the best place to not only honeymoon, but to babymoon also. Just a heads up of what the package includes:
• Four-night stay in a One Bedroom Ocean Front Suite for two adults
• Two-day in-room experience with The Elephant Rooms (3 hours daily)
• Midwife check-in and Q&A session
• Birth preparation class
• Couples yoga session
• Couples bonding session with a therapist
• Newborn care class
• $500 resort credit for spa treatments or dining
• Round-trip private VIP airport transfers for two
• Round-trip airport fast track service for two
• Onsite or beach couples portrait session
• One-hour photography session with 20 digital images

We were so sad to leave Turks and Caicos on our final day.. even the kids were sad which I was surprised about! Looking back, 3 nights and 4 days never seems like enough, but it was just enough to leave us missing our favorite resort. If you are looking at your next destination and still cannot figure out where to stay, please consider checking out Seven Stars Resort in Turks and Caicos.
