My 2015 Year In Review

Holy cow! It has been one hell of a year. It’s been one of the busiest, yet happiest years of my life and I just do not even know where to start. I look forward to 2016 and the new things it will bring to myself, my family, and my business. No matter what, I am so excited to have you guys following along!

January

  • Began planning big things for our family and the business.

February

  • Greyson turned one! We had a Mickey Mouse bash and took him to Disney World for the very first time (our first time, too)!

March

  • I turned 26 years young.
  • I bought my NordicTrack Incline Trainer and never had an excuse to not do cardio again.

April

  • I hired a web designing company to begin building my new website, diaryofafitmommy.com.
  • I ran a Color Run for the first time.
  • Greyson’s first Easter. Daddy had to work, so we went and brought the eggs to him and had a nice little hunt.

May

  • Greyson began walking on Mother’s Day, right after church service.

June

  • I became a NASM certified personal trainer!
  • I went on to get my specializations in Women’s Fitness & Fitness Nutrition.

July

  • My dad came to stay for a few days. We went to the beach nearly everyday, ate great food (he is an amazing cook), and Greyson just loved him to death.
  • I also launched my new home workout programs which have been nothing but a success!

August

  • We decided to try to expand our little family by two feet.
  • I took a big step and launched my new website, diaryofafitmommy.com-the site you are currently using 🙂

September

  • We went to Disney World again and had a beautiful little vow renewal ceremony.
  • After arriving home, I found out I was 4 weeks pregnant!

October

  • My husband and I celebrated our third wedding anniversary.
  • We flew to Maui, Hawaii for 8 days, for the first time. It was the most beautiful place we had ever been. We got to snorkel with sea turtles, drive the Road to Hana, hike 10,000 feet above sea level and watch the sunrise on Haleakala Summit (it was 20 degrees up there!!), saw the Nakaele Blowhole, had real shaved ice and spam masubi, attended a real luau with hula girls and a feast, visited a local goat farm, and saw sharks at the Maui Ocean Center.
  • We took Greyson trick-or-treating for the first time. He was Scooby Doo!

November

  • We adopted a white german shepherd named Bella.

December

  • We found out baby #2 was a GIRL!
  • We also picked a name.
  • I launched my cookbook & blogging course eBook.

So long, 2015! Bring it on, 2016!
