4 Ingredient Flourless Oil-less Fudge Muffins +Cookbook News

I’m excited to announce that I have started my official cookbook today! The cookbook will contain 40-50 recipes total and a variety of categories such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. These will be ALL NEW recipes that I’ve never shared-except for this one.. This is just a sneak peak of what to expect. These are FLOURLESS, PALEO, OIL-FREE Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Muffins! So, who’s ready for the cookbook?? I am aiming for a January/February release!

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1.5 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together or blend in a food processor and pour into a grease muffin tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Let cool, remove from pan, and refrigerate.

Makes 6 muffins.
