3 Day Flat Belly Beginner’s Workout Challenge

Are you new to working out and have little equipment or time to make it to a gym? Here’s a perfect 3 day ab challenge for you to try that is perfect for beginners and for easing you into a new home workout program. For maximum results, it is best to pair with my Strong Body Guide program.

Abs are made in the kitchen, but to really make your abs POP, you need to work those muscles thoroughly.

Here is a fun little workout that you can do in addition to my 12 week home workout!

The 9 moves that you will complete in the next 3 days are perfect for this and for total ab toning to get your started on your journey to six-pack abs!

Ready? Let’s get started!

Day 1:

  • Warm up with 20 minutes of cardio (walking, jogging, jumping jacks, jumping rope, HIIT)
  • 30 second forearm plank.
  • 15 standing cross-cross crunches.
  • 10 reverse crunches.
  • Cool down with 5 minutes of stretching.

Day 2:

  • Warm up with 20 minutes of cardio (walking, jogging, jumping jacks, jumping rope, HIIT)
  • 30 second plank with leg lifts.
  • 15 second mountain climbers.
  • 20 second side plank.
  • Cool down with 5 minutes of stretching.

Day 3:

  • Warm up with 20 minutes of cardio (walking, jogging, jumping jacks, jumping rope, HIIT)
  • 30 second plank jacks.
  • 15 Russian twists.
  • 10 bicucle crunches
  • Cool down with 5 minutes of stretching.
