Pregnancy: 9 Weeks Bump Update
Happy 9 weeks to my little babe! I cannot believe that the 1st trimester is nearly over and that I am over two months pregnant now. This week, we went through our storage unit and dug out a ton of old baby toys, clothing, and goods to start working on the nursery. Its going to take a while to get the nursery ready as the room has been used as a storage room in my house, but it will be a fun project. Nothing really new this week! Just feeling bloated as ever. I swear I did not show this early with my first or even second pregnancy… I do need to announce soon because people are starting to figure me out. I got bloodwork done this week to check my estrogen and progesterone levels and the doctor said I can finally come off my estrogen patches and my progesterone in oil shots this Sunday at 10 weeks because baby’s placenta is starting to kick in. I am totally almost graduated from IVF! So wild.

Notes:
I found out I was pregnant at just 3 weeks of pregnancy after we did our frozen embryo transfer. If you haven’t followed my IVF journey, check out my frozen embryo transfer blog and my egg retrieval blog. Long story short, my husband was infertile due to the structure of his reproductive system-his vas deferens were missing so IVF was the only way and it worked the first try!
I have not been pregnant in 8 years almost so it is wild that I am doing it all over again and hope to do it only fourth and final time in another two-three years. Wish us luck and love! I will be doing these pregnancy progression bump updates weekly so you can “grow” with me along with a bump photo + questions about my pregnancy.
