PREGNANCY: 36 Weeks Bump Update
Well, well, well we have officially one month left of this second pregnancy of mine. It has gone by faster than I could ever imagine! We are ready to meet our newest family member and I know she will be here within a blink of an eye!
Total weight gain: 23lbs and counting!
Maternity clothes? Here and there. Loving my Belly Bandit lifesavers that’s for sure!
Stretch marks? None that I can see.
Sleep: Getting better believe it or not.. or maybe I am just sleepier?
Workouts: Still going well! Nothing really new though now I am focusing on more stretching/yoga and floor moves versus HIIT & jumping. My prenatal workout program has definitely been coming in handy! Things are starting to feel funny, but I know I am in the homestretch!
Diet: FRUITS & VEGGIES! Hallelujah the chocolate cravings are toning down some. A new Whole Foods just opened up where we live and so I have been there 3 times this past week buying organic goodies for the fam. I am an addict I tell ya!! I have also been craving pizza…. mmmm.
Best moment this week: Taking our little man to the beach and watching him play. Seeing him happy is the best feeling!
Miss anything? Sleeping flat on my belly. Massages while laying on my belly.
Food cravings: Fruits, veggies, pizza, cereal, fresh juice.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Nothing!
Labor signs: Braxton Hicks contractions are starting to become more regular. I think she has dropped as well! The chiro visits have helped so much. We went to the Melting Pot for dinner this past week and my BH contractions were non-stop that I had to use a timer during the entire dinner!
Symptoms: Tons and tons of movements. She loves to make herself known for sure 🙂
Belly button in or out? On the verge of popping right on out there.
Wedding rings on or off: On
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy and thankful.
Looking forward to: Getting my daughter’s room prepared this week! Though she will be co-sleeping with us, she still needs her own room to be organized 🙂
