PREGNANCY: 12 Weeks Bump Update
Well, I am almost out of the first trimester! It feels like I just took the positive pregnancy test yesterday. This pregnancy has been slightly rougher than the last, but is still a great one-I am too blessed!
I have been waking up with abs and going to bed with a bump. The weight gain has started!! My goal is still slow and steady, just like last time. With my last pregnancy, all of my weight came on within the last 2-3 months.
I have been busily working on my new pregnancy workout plan which should be out by spring!
We shall see what happens 🙂
Total weight gain:Â 1 lb.
Maternity clothes? Nope. At night I tend to get more bloated so I feel like I could use some sometimes lol!
Stretch marks? No new ones.
Sleep:Â Sleeping wonderfully!
Workouts:Â My workouts are still the same and going strong. It feels great to sweat first thing in the morning after 30 minutes of incline training, 5 days a week.
Diet:Â Still not craving meat a whole lot. I have been more into fresh veggies and fruits and carbs lately!
Best moment this week:Â Taking care of my little man who has Hand Food Mouth disease from daycare. I love taking care of him when he needs me the most!
Miss anything? Nothing 🙂
Food cravings:Â Carbs. Fresh foods. Salad. Soup. Cheese. Bread.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Nothing!
Gender:Â We have decided to wait to find out the gender of our baby until our next ultrasound on December 10th!
Labour signs: No!
Symptoms:Â Feeling the baby move some here and there. So much earlier this time!!
Belly button in or out? In! It never popped out last time even though I was kind of waiting for it to!
Wedding rings on or off: On.
Happy or moody most of the time:Â Happy. Feeling more like myself and not a zombie. Started Zoloft this week and that should help tons.
Looking forward to:Â Going to the circus this weekend and planning our huge annual Thanksgiving dinner.
