My Favorite Sports Bras, Tank Tops, and Workout Pants!
I get asked on a daily basis what brand sports bras, tank tops, and pants I wear when I workout. I have tons of favorite brands out there, but there are only a few that I truly love to stock my workout closet with! Most of the tops that I own are perfect for pregnant and nursing moms… and those who need good coverage for high impact activities.
Here’s what I personally own and wear with links to each as well:
SPORTS BRAS
Juno Bra: Love this bra! Though this one is not meant for nursing, it is GREAT for those with big breasts to wear when running or even doing HIIT moves.
Panache Bra: Just like the Juno bra above, this is not a nursing bra, but is my favorite for those with bigger breasts. Personally, I own 5 of this very same bra in different prints because it’s so comfy. I would recommend the Panache over the Juno for sure.
Cake Lingerie Lotus Pumping/Nursing Bra: I wear this bra a lot in my videos as well as to sleep at night because it is simply comfortable. Nursing in this bra is a breeze as well as the ability to pump hands-free while wearing it. It is definitely a must have!
Cake Lingerie High Impact Maternity/Nursing Sports Bra: This is pretty much a nursing/maternity version of the Panache bra above. I love it and it tends to keep your breasts in place while preventing the dreaded “uni-boob.”
Belabumbum Maternity/Nursing Mesh Sports Bra: Super comfortable with a sexy cut, this bra is perfect for yoga, lifting weights, and even to sleep in. It’s not as high impact as the other ones, but it’s a must have.
Belabumbum Ultra Smooth Maternity/Nursing Sports Bra: This is the second bra that Belabumbum makes and I love it! I actually think I may enjoy it more than the mesh bra above. It is a little better for those with bigger breasts.
Lululemon Ta-Ta Tamer III: I call this the Mac Daddy of all high-impact sports bras because it keeps everyyyyythinggg in place. No, it is not a nursing bra, though!
Affitnity One Shoulder Bra: This is a highly popular bra that I often get asked about because it is sexy and attractive. It’s support level is honestly alright for it not containing any wiring, but if you are planning on running, you may want to choose another bra.
TANKS
Lululemon Wild Tank: I get asked about this tank constantly and I have had it for about 2 years. As most Lulu fans know, they do not make the same things for long so this is out of stock and won’t be made again. If you love the look of this tank, here is a bra version you will want to see: Lululemon Wild Bra.
Lululemon Nouveau Limits Tank: A big favorite of mine, but is no longer available. Sad face.
Lululemon Make a Move Tank: Just like with the other two Lulu tanks above, this can no longer be purchased, but there IS a bra version thank goodness: Lululemon Make a Move Bra.
Belabumbum Racerback Maternity/Nursing Sports Tank: Super AWESOME workout tank for pregnant and nursing moms out there. It is so easy to nurse in and I sometimes sleep in it.
Belabumbum Layered Maternity/Nursing Sports Cami: Another amazing nursing tank from Belabumbum! The look of this one is so darn cute during pregnancy, but I personally enjoy it more now as a nursing mom-especially when I am out and about.
PANTS
Belabumbum Convertible Capris: Perhaps my favorite pair of workout pants! It is made for pregnancy and after which is great for being so versatile. It slims down my legs and is super comfy, too. It also comes in a pretty purple color.
Affitnity Mesh Crops: These crops are absolutely a head turner! I get asked about them all the time! You will want to add this to your collection.
Lululemon Mesh Crop Pant: Probably the coolest pair of workout pants that I own. They are sold out and Lulu definitely does not make them anymore BUT I did find you a good alternative for the time being. Check out the Lululemon Black High Times Pant.
SHOES
Asics GEL Noosa Tri: I have been an Asics fan for over 6 years now and have never been let down. Love these shoes and the funky fun colors that they come in. These are great for running AND lifting! I used to wear them during my 12 hour shifts as a nurse as well.
Nike Free Flyknit: My newest pair of shoes-not the best for running, but I like to wear them while lifting weights or while out and about casually as they are SO comfy. It honestly feels like you are wearing a pair of socks!! Also, they are very lightweight.
Brooks Adrenaline: Super comfy shoes made for running. My feet have yet to hurt in these!
ACCESSORIES
FlipBelt: One of my favorite accessories to wear when I run! This belt holds my keys, phone, ID cards, and money.
