Healthy Banana Split Recipe

I was craving a Banana Split something awful this morning… So I decided to make a healthier “guilt-free” version. Sure, it did not taste like ice cream-nothing can replace the taste of that!

BUT, I was amazed at how filling and delicious it was!

Ingredients:
1 banana, slit down the middle
3 tbsp vanilla Greek Yogurt (full fat-yes I do like my fats)
1 large strawberry, chopped
2 tbsp granola
Drizzle of honey
All you’ve got to do is lay your split banana in a dish, layer on the Greek yogurt, and top with berries and granola. Lastly, drizzle with honey for some sweetness!

You can literally top it with anything you want: pineapple, blueberries, cinnamon, dark chocolate chips, coconut-whatever! The options are endless!

Oh my son also ate one entire banana split all by himself so it’s definitely a healthy treat for the kids.
