5 Moves for the Lower Tummy Pooch
How many of you ladies have been dealing with the dreaded tummy pooch? I get many emails each week asking what moves are perfect for targeting the lower abdominal region so I wanted to share a workout just for that area!
First off, fat accumulates in the lower tummy region after birth because your skin stretches so much leaving empty space for that fat to go. Also, your lower abdomen actually stretches first so this area always ends up suffering more than your upper abs.
There are several wonderful moves out there to target the lower ab portion only, but today I am only going to show you my top 5 favorites that will get those abs sore tomorrow!
