Holy heck. I am 37 and a half weeks preggo! We are almost there, people!!!

Yesterday, I had a check up with my doctor who checked me to see how I was progressing and I am currently 1cm and 50% effaced so things have already begun just a little bit. Now, the waiting game begins..

I decided to put together a little at home dumbbell workout to help strengthen and prepare your body for labor. It’s nothing much, just some strength training to help you pass the time. This will most likely be my last pregnancy workout and video that I share as the next two weeks will be SUPER busy with cleaning and tying up loose ends before we meet our baby girl.

Tricep Kickbacks: 3 sets of 12 reps (per arm)
