PREGNANCY: 28 Weeks Bump Update
Total weight gain: 15lbs
Maternity clothes? Here and there. Loving my Belly Bandit lifesavers that’s for sure!
Stretch marks? No new ones.
Sleep: WONDERFUL! Ahhhh.. Enjoying it now while I can LOL.
Workouts: Didn’t miss one workout this week despite being sick for a SECOND WEEK. Pretty darn proud.
Diet: Soups, veggies, and some sweets.
Best moment this week: Getting to go to Cars & Coffee yesterday and finally starting to feel better from my cold. I also booked our second trip to Disney this year for the fall (we go twice per year).
Miss anything? Sleeping flat on my belly. Massages on my belly.
Food cravings: VEGGIES. Fruit… CHOCOLATE.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Nothing!
Labor signs: No! Some Braxton Hicks contractions here and there.
Symptoms: Tons and tons of movements. She loves to make herself known for sure 🙂
Belly button in or out? In! It never popped out last time even though I was kind of waiting for it to!
Wedding rings on or off: On.
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy and thankful.
Looking forward to: My 90 minute massage on Wednesday!
