How I Lost 10 Pounds in 1 Week: My 7-Days Diet Plan

Just for the record, this is not my story. You know that I’m against diet plans and short-term diets.

But when people are in a hurry to lose a few pounds, I’m here to help them.

I don’t know if I’m using the right expression, but I feel like people are mad at me.

They are angry because I didn’t share a short-term diet plan that will make them lose a few pounds for a special occasion.

Or something like that.

I’m all about a long-term way of living. It’s a healthier option and we can agree there is more fun in there.

What people don’t know about these short-term goal diets is that they will get back to their previous weight, or maybe more, after they finish it.

The thing is, they get their wanted weight, and think they have hacked the system and can lose weight whenever they want.

It’s not like that. After the diet days are done, they get back to their unhealthy eating habits and after a few days, they are back on their starting weight.

Holding on to a diet is not something you would want to do if you are focusing on becoming a healthy person

So, on behalf of these people who want to lose weight fast, I found something people talk about these days.

It’s this 7-days diet plan that could make you lose 10 pounds.

Here is the diet:

Day 1

You can eat whatever fruit you want except bananas. You can choose from a wide variety depending on the season (apples, watermelons, citrus fruit etc.).

Day 2

Eat any kind of vegetable and you can either eat them raw or cooked (boiled). Prepare yourself a salad or boil them – it’s the same. Salt and pepper are optional.

Day 3

Combine fruits and veggies, either raw or boiled.

Day 4

You can eat bananas and low-calories soup and drink milk. This is right in the middle of the diet plan so you could be feeling the pressure.

Day 5

On this day you can eat rice, fruits and vegetables.  You are near the finish line and you can already notice the pounds shedding off. You should start consuming tomatoes because they are excellent fat burners.

Day 6

You can eat veggies and rice and add to the salads and soup from day 2 and 4.

Day 7

Just like the previous day, continue with the veggies, salads, soup and rice. Keep eating healthy.

During this entire time you need to keep in mind that you have to eat fresh food only.

I only see 7 days of hunger here. But, it’s your choice. Short term goal or living healthy until the rest of your lives.
