3rd Trimester Full Body Home Workout

As I am nearing the end of pregnancy #2, so are these prenatal workout videos… sad face…

I hope you ladies have been enjoying my pregnancy workouts so far and will continue to check back for my postpartum workout videos once I have baby!

This week’s workout focuses on the entire pregnant body during the third trimester. All moves are safe and perfect to get you through the homestretch. Try it and let me know what you think! Oh and PS: this is great for those who aren’t pregnant, too ๐Ÿ™‚
